In a significant move to bolster living standards and foster community growth in Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project. This substantial residential initiative, valued at Dh738 million, underscores the United Arab Emirates’ dedication to developing integrated residential communities aimed at enhancing family life and promoting modern lifestyles.

The Al Samha Housing Project spans a 50-hectare area and comprises 242 villas. It is thoughtfully designed to include 33 public parks and green spaces, a mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers, and two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets. Additionally, the development features a 3-kilometer cycling track, offering residents ample opportunities for recreation and leisure.

Officials have emphasized that this project is a reflection of the UAE’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of life for its citizens by providing modern and sustainable housing solutions. Part of the broader Emirati Neighbourhood Initiative, the project seeks to cater to the needs of Emirati families by offering spacious homes alongside essential community facilities and recreational amenities.
